Choosing a Package

  • First, choosing a package begins with the venue & what you need us to help with
    • Our goal is to provide a 2.5 hour long dance segment.
    • We encounter four common scenarios for our start time and equipment we have to provide during each of these segments. This is reflected in our four DJ packages.
      • Preceremony (30 min) + Ceremony (30 min)
      • Cocktail Hour (1 Hour)
      • Dinner + Formalities (1.5 Hours)
      • Dance (2.5 hours)
  •  Second, add in live musicians, additional uplights, or time.
    •  When choosing more than DJ, Drums, & one live instrument (for the dance segment), a sound engineer add on is required to manage volume levels for musicians & guests.
      • Each of our DJs has various rehearsal, and experiences playing with certain musicians, thus, some live musician combinations with the DJ are possible, and some are more limited.
      • Some venues do not have proper sound insulation treatment, and require additional speakers and/or our professional sound engineer.
    • Our (12) included uplights are sufficient to light up the wall behind the DJ/Band. Option for more uplights.
    • We recommend keeping the dance segment at 2.5 hours (included in all our packages). Extra time is not necessary, unless an non-traditional / unique timeline. 

Deposit & Contract

  • A deposit (non-refundable) of 50% (fifty percent of the initial invoice) & signing of our contract via Honeybook is required to book any Hype Rhythm DJs and Live Musicians. The remaining 50% is due a month before the wedding.
  • After singing the contract and paying deposit, we send over a document with links to our playlists, a rider for planning purposes, and a final DJ questionnaire.
  • Important notes and disclaimers:
    • No worries if you don’t know what exactly is needed yet in terms of live musicians, additional lighting, or extra time. The add ons can be input into the invoice after signing. It’s most important to lock the DJ in. Add in musicians sooner than later to get the best of the best musicians on your wedding.
    • Travel Fee: The first hour of travel (Both ways) is free, but additional time is $50 per hour, per Hype Rhythm team member.
    • We do not charge service fees or sales tax, as we are musicians by current Texas Law.
    • A required gratuity of 25% is added to any major Holidays. Especially the following days: DJ or Musicians Birthday, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, Memorial Day, and July 4th.
    • Hype Rhythm has COI and venue insurance upon request.

Sienna String Duo, Trio, or Quartet
