Deposit and Contract

  • A deposit (non-refundable) of 50% (fifty percent of the initial invoice) & signing of our contract via Honeybook is required to book Hype Rhythm. The remaining 50% is due a month before the wedding.
  • Important notes and disclaimers:
    • We normally arrive two hours before the pre-ceremony start time, and leave at max an hour after its over.
    • Our time frame does not pause for live preformances/speeches/delays. 
    • We do not charge service fees or sales tax, as we are musicians by current Texas Law. 
    • A required gratuity of 25% is added to the following days: New Years Eve, Christmas Eve/Day, and July 4th.
    • Hype Rhythm has COI and venue insurance upon request.

Spotlights

  • Elevated spotlights on telescopic poles that highlight people or installations
  • Great for speeches, disco balls, cakes, floral installments, and decor in dark spaces or winter months when it gets dark early
  • Not to be confused with a gobo or logo projector
